Last week, Tech Trailblazers presented Cohesity with the Storage Award for our Hyperconverged Secondary Storage Platform. The Tech Trailblazers is a global awards program that recognize technology startups for developing innovative solutions in multiple categories like Big Data, Cloud, Security, and Mobile.
You might be interested to know the lengthy vetting process for winning this award. It’s not a quick decision for sure.
After companies filled out detailed applications many months ago, a group of several dozen technology experts narrowed the list. The judging panel includes notable CTOs, technology analysts, popular bloggers and prominent journalists. In January, Cohesity made the shortlist along with five other notable storage companies.
At this point, Tech Trailblazer invites the public to vote for their preferred finalists. Based on the public responses (51%) and judges’ votes (49%), the winners are chosen. Voila!
