Customer Obsession: Our NPS Score of 88 and 3rd Consecutive NorthFace ScoreBoard Award Say it All

To know Cohesity is to know that Customer Obsession is our mantra, so one of my favorite things to do is share the love when it comes to our customers. We love them and they love us, and we get reminded of that often.

Knowledge of the mutual admiration that exists between Cohesity and our customers isn’t just anecdotal evidence based on what I see and hear day-to-day in my role as head of support and services at Cohesity. Or what we experience in the field when working directly with customers. Or what we see in our online customer community (but please do check out the customer quotes below for a small sampling of positive customer feedback).

The entire industry knows how our customers feel because we keep earning customer satisfaction awards! Take last year’s prestigious Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice as one great example. We are doing something right, and luminaries are letting us know.

Most recently we won the NorthFace award for the 3rd year in a row, and this is thanks to a major area of pride – our NPS score of 88%. The NorthFace recognition is an annual award given by Omega Research to companies who – based solely on customer feedback – exceeded expectations in customer satisfaction during the prior calendar year. Our award was for excellence in customer service and support in 2018. We are thrilled to have won this award again!

Customer Obsession is our mantra, and we will never take our enviable NPS score for granted. Each and every day, we Cohesians will strive to continue to keep exceeding our customer expectations.
