He has a lengthy history in K-12 education, holding leadership positions as a Chief Technology and Information Officer, CTAE Director, high school principal, assistant principal, teacher, and school resource officer. Tim served his country as a United States Marine and locally as a police officer for the State of Georgia. Tim has been married for 30 years and has three children and one grandchild.

His leadership is pivotal in advancing core business operations, accelerating digital transformations, and building cybersecurity protocols that secure company, customer, and employee data. Prior to Cohesity, Brian managed Risk and Information Protection at Splunk, leading and rapidly expanding the organization responsible for managing cyber risk across the company. Brian’s prior roles also include leading the digital transformation of core business functions for McKesson and Grainger. Brian holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado.

Nathan Lee attended Southwest Texas State University, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (1999) and a Masters’ Degree in Criminology (2001). He was then an Associate Professor for Texas A&M and an Adjunct Professor for Southwest Texas State University.

He began his Federal Law Enforcement career in 2002 with US Customs, then moved to the US Secret Service in 2004 and remain there today. He stayed for seven years in their Seattle Field Office investigating every aspect of their USSS directive (counterfeit, fraud, electronic crimes, threat investigations, etc). Concurrently, he received certifications in multiple areas of computer forensics, and ultimately created and ran the Electronic Crimes Task Force in Seattle.

From 2011-2017, he was assigned to his protection phase with Former President George H. W. Bush and Former First Lady Barbara Bush. In the following five years, he was assigned to the Houston Field Office. He was recertified as a forensic examiner, worked a plethora of protective assignments throughout the world, and refocused on Cyber Crime investigations (Business Email Compromises, Ransomware, Jackpotting, Crypto, Etc).

Since 2022, he was promoted to the New York Field Office to oversee and participate in the Electronic Crimes Task Force, the Digital Evidence Forensic Lab, and the Mobile Wireless Investigations squads.

Prior to Cohesity, Chin was responsible for Communications, Corporate Marketing and Investor Relations at Nutanix. She also held leadership positions at Aruba Networks, Solectron, and Ernst and Young. Tonya holds a bachelor of science degree from Santa Clara University.
