Modernize Your Data Management Strategy with the Cloud
For more than a decade, the federal government has taken steps to address its aging IT infrastructure, such as consolidating data centers, moving to the cloud, pushing compute capabilities to the edge, and more. Agencies have recognized the power of data, but they need to address how information is fragmented and stored across multiple platforms.
When the American Rescue Plan became law in March 2021, one element was a $2 billion boost for federal IT modernization. Congress allocated half of the amount to the Technology Modernization Fund, which provides loans to support government agencies high-priority projects, which are repaid through savings on operational and capital expenditures. It provides an opportunity for agencies to address their tech modernization efforts in a cohesive way.
In this on-demand webinar, government and industry leaders discuss common data challenges, potential hybrid cloud solutions, and ways to incorporate critical requirements, like compliance and cybersecurity.
