In the new role, Rasco will lead the company’s award-winning culture, leadership strategy and talent development. Rasco joins Cohesity from NXP Semiconductors where she served as global human resources business partner. Prior to this role, she served as director of human resources at VMware for the Hybrid Cloud Services business unit, where she was responsible for leading the talent and human resources business activities across the global organization.
