We’ve been named a Leader by multiple analyst firms and have been globally recognized for Innovation, Product Strength, and Simplicity in Design.

Join us on our mission to shape the future of our industry.

The Vice President, Global MSP Business is a senior go-to-market and business leadership role responsible for defining, scaling, and executing Cohesity’s global MSP strategy. This role owns the operating model, performance, and impact of Cohesity’s MSP route-to-market—ensuring managed services partners consistently drive pipeline creation, consumption-based ARR, and long-term platform adoption across Cohesity’s data security and cyber resilience portfolio.

This is a true builder role. MSPs represent one of Cohesity’s highest-leverage growth engines as the market shifts toward consumption-based pricing, outcome-driven services, and security-led data protection. The Vice President will own the global P&L for the MSP motion and will be accountable for translating product strategy, partner economics, and field execution into a scalable, repeatable growth engine.

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here:

  • Define and operationalize Cohesity’s global MSP go-to-market strategy with clear targets for service launches, partner-sourced pipeline, and consumption ARR.
  • Establish a repeatable playbook for onboarding, enabling, and scaling MSP partners from contract to first revenue and beyond.
  • Drive joint demand generation, co-marketing, and field activation with strategic MSPs across Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Partner with leading global and regional MSPs to design and launch repeatable services built on the Cohesity Data Cloud, including BaaS, DRaaS, ransomware recovery, and cyber resilience offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Pricing to influence MSP-ready packaging, multi-tenancy, billing, and consumption models.
  • Define service blueprints, reference architectures, service tiers, and partner economic models that enable profitable scale.
  • Serve as the executive owner of Cohesity’s MSP motion globally, accountable for pipeline, bookings, consumption, and forecast accuracy.
  • Build and maintain the global MSP operating cadence, including KPIs, QBRs, executive reporting, and partner tier frameworks.
  • Ensure tight alignment between MSP execution and Cohesity’s broader Worldwide Field Organization strategy.
  • Build, lead, and scale a global team of MSP-focused leaders, sellers, and technical resources.
  • Act as the executive face of Cohesity to top MSP partners, engaging in executive sponsorships, QBRs, and long-term joint business planning.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Marketing leadership to ensure consistent execution and prioritization.

We’d Love to Talk to You If You Have Many of the Following:

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity, including 5+ years leading MSP, service provider, or consumption-led GTM motions at a global scale.
  • Proven experience building and scaling a global MSP organization within a large, complex technology company.
  • Demonstrated success launching and growing productized managed services, ideally within data protection, cyber resilience, storage, cloud, or security markets.
  • Deep understanding of MSP economics, multi-tenancy, consumption pricing models, and partner profitability.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with MSP CEOs, CROs, and senior leadership teams.
  • History of building early-stage partner motions into scalable, high-performing organizations—not just operating mature programs.
  • Highly collaborative leadership style with a track record of aligning Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales around a single GTM motion.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making
