This winter, training comes with extra rewards. From November 2, 2026, through January 29, 2027, Instructor-Led courses you complete or certifications you pass earn you points toward exclusive Cohesity Academy SWAG. No extra purchase is necessary.
Train
Enroll and attend eligible Cohesity Academy courses or pass certifications between Monday, November 2, 2026 - Friday, January 29, 2027.
Choose
Once the earning period closes, visit your personal redemption microsite in February 2027 to select your reward.
Earn
Every completed ILT, Dedicated Team session, or passed certification earns you points automatically within the 3-month period.
Receive
Your Cohesity Academy-branded SWAG ships directly to your desired address, 4–6 weeks after the redemption window closes. While supplies last.

Basecamp Learner
Goal: Earn 200+ points
Just getting started? Basecamp Learner is your entry point into the Winter Challenge. Mix instructor-led courses, hands-on labs, or certifications to get you there fast.
Example path to Basecamp Learner:
Take 2 Instructor-Led Courses (100 points each)
Pass 1 Certification (200 points each)
There's no single "right" way to reach this tier — mix and match eligible training to hit 200 points.
Summit Achiever
Goal: Earn 300+ points
For our most dedicated learners. Summit Achiever rewards deeper engagement, whether that's team-wide training, multiple certifications, or a combination of everything the Academy offers.
Example path to Summit Achiever:
Attend 1+ Dedicated Team Training session (300 points each)
Take 3+ Instructor-Led Courses (100 points each)
Pass 2+ Certifications (200 points each)
As with Basecamp Learner, this is just one example. Any combination of eligible training that reaches 300 points qualifies.

This program is open to Cohesity customers in the United States. Partners, resellers, government employees, and public sector employees are not eligible to participate in this program. If you’re unsure if you meet the requirements, email academy@cohesity.com.
After the program closes, we will email you a link to choose your prize and fill in your desired address. Shipping is only available within the United States, as this is a US-based program.
One prize per participant (one per company email address) for this pilot program. You must use your company's email address, which should be the same as your MyCohesity email address.
No. Your reward must be selected during the redemption window.
No. Only training completed during the program window (November 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027) counts toward the Winter Challenge. Training completed before or after this window is not eligible for points.
No. Points are awarded once per unique course or certification completion. Retaking a course you've already completed during the program window will not earn additional points.
Yes. Points accumulate across eligible training completed, and certifications passed during the program window. Your final point total determines which reward tier you qualify for. If you qualify for the Summit Achiever but prefer a reward from the Basecamp Learner tier, you may choose from either.
No. Points are awarded only for certifications passed, and badges accepted, not for exam attempts.
