Tailor your experience to the role you’re applying for. Highlight the problem you solved, the actions you took, the skills you used, and the results or impact you delivered. Not much work experience yet? Focus on class projects, personal projects, or hackathons—anything that demonstrates your skills and initiative.
If you’re interviewing onsite, arrive early so you have time to find parking and locate the building or room. For virtual interviews, test your WiFi, choose a quiet space, and have your resume and questions ready. Do your homework: research the company, understand the team you’re interviewing with, and prepare thoughtful questions about the work, culture, and expectations.

Yes! Cohesity hires international students for U.S. internship roles. Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program and hold a valid F-1 visa sponsored by their university.
No. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a program of study during their internship and remain enrolled for at least one semester following the end of the internship.
In the Americas region, we currently offer summer internships only. Some interns may receive an opportunity to extend part-time into the fall or spring, depending on team needs and budget approval. Other global regions offer internships during different cycles throughout the year—check open roles by region for details.
