Path Forward IT refreshed its backup and restore service for healthcare providers, switching from their old platform to Cohesity-Powered managed backup as a service. Now Path Forward IT can restore 10 TB of EMR data in under 10 minutes. Customer costs dropped by 75% on average, and Cohesity provides cybersecurity defenses like ransomware protection.
Path Forward IT wanted to take backup as a service to a new level to ensure HIPAA compliance and to meet strict regulatory requirements for data protection. The managed service provider also needed to mitigate downtime in order to provide superior patient care and to avoid revenue loss.
