CohesityID FAQs

CohesityID is Cohesity's new Auth0-powered identity platform for accessing all Cohesity resources. CohesityID delivers enhanced security and a consistent login experience across all Cohesity resources.

We are rolling out CohesityID in a phased manner. If your company is part of the early access pilot migration, you will receive an email from us informing you that your login credentials have been migrated to CohesityID. The email will contain instructions on how to setup your CohesityID password.

Refer to the CohesityID Migration Guide for prerequisites and step-by-step instructions to migrate your account to CohesityID.

When your account is migrated to CohesityID, you will receive an email to notify you that the migration is complete and the next steps you need to take. See the CohesityID setup for Migrated User guide for instructions on what you need to do to complete the setup. 

Sometimes emails can get caught by spam filters. You should add activation@cohesity.com to your address book to ensure our emails are not treated as spam.

If you did not receive the email to setup your CohesityID, refer to the CohesityID setup for Migrated User (Forgot Password process) guide to complete the setup.
