MyCohesity FAQ & Knowledge Articles

MyCohesity is our secure, single sign-on (SSO) portal that provides fast and easy access to all of your Cohesity resources. Watch the welcome video.

Go to the MyCohesity page. If you have an existing account using a business email address, please enter your credentials to log in.  If you are creating a new account please select Sign-up and submit that form to set up your new account. Please note, personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) will no longer be accepted.

Through your MyCohesity portal, you can access Helios, Support Portal, Partner Portal, Cohesity Circle, User Groups, Product Documentation, NetInsights Console, NetBackup Licensing, Cohesity Academy, and Admin Console based on your unique permissions.

All active users have been sent a MyCohesity welcome email - please follow the instructions to setup your account.  If you have not received an activation email and would like to setup a new account, please click here to sign-up. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to Sign-up and Login.

We have onboarded all the active users in last 18 months to our systems and have sent a welcome letter. However, if they did not receive the welcome letter and wants to access MyCohesity, they can use the Sign-up option to self-register using their business email id.

Starting Nov 10, 12 AM PT, you will retain access to existing Veritas portals as read-only. All tools such as Licensing and Entitlement Management (VEMS); Support portal; Product Documentation; NetInsights Console; and Downloads Portal have been moved to MyCohesity. Your existing access and logins will be merged into a single unified account; therefore, you will only have one login credential to remember.

To get assistance, click Need Help? on the MyCohesity landing page. For additional account access, you can submit a case via the Admin Console.

There are no changes to the VEMS license management and key generation; therefore, you will be able to access if you are entitled to access.

Starting Nov 10, 2025 12 am PT, all the cases related to NetBackup, Appliance, IT Analytics, Alta SaaS Protection, should be created and managed using the Cohesity Support portal. All your open cases have been migrated to Cohesity systems, and you would receive a new corresponding case number for each open case. For more details, refer to the page Create or manage a case using CoVA or Webform.

You can now open a P1 case directly from the Support portal using our CoVA chatbot or Webform rather than calling support. Refer to this link for details Create or manage a case using CoVA or Webform.

You can now request immediate attention on a case using the Attention Needed button on the Case details page. Refer to this link for details Create or manage a case using CoVA or Webform.

All active partners can access the Partner Portal by visiting partners.cohesity.com. Log into the Partner Portal using your MyCohesity login.

If you don’t have a MyCohesity login, please create a MyCohesity account. Go to partners.cohesity.com and click "Sign-Up for MyCohesity." Make sure to use your company email address and not an alias.

The MyCohesity Multifactor Authentication feature for the login process is now available. Cohesity strongly recommends you enable the feature to keep your credentials, information, and Cohesity web properties secure.
