The Cohesity Certified Architect Expert (CCAE) exam was designed by Cohesity engineers, senior field architects, and a select group of existing Cohesity Aces to reflect what actually happens in real customer environments.
The exam goes beyond theory. It tests architecture tradeoffs, security decisions, performance constraints, and operational realities that partners face in customer conversations every day. If you can pass this exam, you can defend your design in front of a customer.
The Cohesity Ace program is designed for experienced technical sellers who already operate at a high level and want to clearly differentiate their expertise. This includes technical sales engineers, solution architects, presales engineers, technical consultants, and systems and integration engineers.
Candidates typically bring at least one year of hands-on Cohesity architecture experience, along with the ability to engage confidently in advanced technical and security discussions.

The CCAE exam is proctored, scenario-driven, time-bound, and valid for two years. Passing requires deep expertise across the full Cohesity Data Cloud, including platform architecture, data protection, security, cloud services, and cyber resilience.
