Cohesity’s Market Disruption Attracting Attention

Today, Commvault filed a lawsuit alleging patent infringement by Cohesity and Rubrik. Cohesity believes the suit to be unfounded with no meaningful merit to these allegations. Cohesity has built its own solution from the ground up – unique, differentiated, innovative. Our view is that legacy solutions aren’t built for a modern data world. Our solution is. We will, of course, vigorously defend ourselves against this lawsuit.  

This lawsuit comes as Cohesity continues to see rapid adoption of our innovative data management platform globally. As highlighted in a recent press release, we have seen a 100 percent increase in customers as well as data under management. And, within the large enterprise, we have seen 75 percent year-over-year growth in the number of Fortune 500 accounts embracing our technology. We’ve delivered these results working hand-in-hand with our global partners.
