How Cohesity Maestro surfaces protection gaps, explains business risk, and guides recovery workflows—directly inside Claude.

Cohesity will deliver the industry’s first headless data security architecture, Cohesity Maestro. Cohesity Maestro will make Cohesity callable by Claude and other agents. An authorized operator issues guidance and asks questions in plain language. Cohesity Maestro provides the cyber resilience context behind the answer. The operator gets a prioritized view of what matters, why it matters, and what to do next—without opening a separate console.

Claude connects to Cohesity Maestro through open Model Context Protocol (MCP), and as open Agent Skills. MCP is an open standard that allows operational systems to participate in AI-driven workflows without requiring operators to change tools. MCP enables Cohesity Maestro’s cyber resilience intelligence—protection telemetry, risk scoring, recovery readiness, and governed actions—to appear in the Claude interface as structured, actionable outputs.

An admin starts their day in Claude by opening their daily briefing, a Claude Artifact built from Cohesity Maestro. The Claude Project is already set up with the environment documentation, system criticality tiers, audit schedule, and escalation policies.
There are 27 open issues. But a flat list of 27 items is noise. Cohesity Maestro ranks the list by business impact instead of failure count and pulls two that could threaten the business to the top.
The admin drills into the top issue, and Cohesity Maestro walks them through what to do next, in priority order, right in Claude. Once actions requiring human intervention are resolved, the option is given to have the remaining steps for resolution to be run by Cohesity Maestro.
