James Blake, EMEA Field CISO
James gained his strategic and operational cybersecurity experience as the CISO at SaaS vendor Mimecast, then later as Global Director of Cyber Risk and Transformation at JPMorgan Chase. For nearly a decade he ran a consultancy practice that built the end-to-end security operations capability for over 90 organizations, including many FTSE & FORTUNE 100. This experience gives James the necessary background to understand the operational issues and constraints within customers in different verticals and work with C-level executives as a peer to develop pragmatic solutions. James was also one of the co-founders of the Security BSides London conference. Prior to joining Cohesity, James was Field CISO at Rubrik and ServiceNow.
Victor Keong, APJ Field CISO
Victor has close to 30 years of InfoSec experience around the globe, bringing his rich tapestry of cross-border/cultural/deep technical perspectives from the data center to the cloud, and translating these key challenges to board-understandable priorities. Prior to joining Cohesity, Victor was Cisco Systems’ and Checkmarx’s inaugural Senior CISO Advisor for Asia Pacific, Japan & China.
Mark Molyneux, EMEA Field CTO
Mark is an experienced industry veteran based in London, who brings 26 years of relevant experience working for leading information technology (IT) and communications companies as well as global financial institutions.
Prior to joining Cohesity, Mark was UK Business Development CTO at Dell Technologies, leading hybrid and multicloud conversations in the UK. Mark joined Dell Technologies in 2019, following more than 12 years at Barclays where he held the position of Director of Group Storage, Virtualisation, and Public Cloud. His professional background provided him with valuable insights into the customer decision-making cycle, paired with an understanding of his customers’ financial and budgetary considerations.
Ron Nixon, Americas Field CISO
Ron has held senior technical management and CTO roles with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) where he managed the defense cybersecurity program and supported over 200 programs. Ron also held CTO roles at CSRA and NES Associates supporting customer enterprises for commercial, defense, and government markets.
He retired from the United States Army after serving 23 years of distinguished service. While on active duty his assignments included service as the CTO/Senior Warrant for Operations at Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), the Senior Warrant for III Corps G-6, and the Senior Technician for Operations United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I) J6 and the Deputy Operations Officer for NATO INFOSEC Technical Center.
Dale “Dr. Z” Zabriskie, Americas Field CISO
In his 20-year cybersecurity career, Dr. Z has advised major healthcare, public sector, finance, retail, entertainment, and manufacturing organizations in over fifty countries. He has also been a popular moderator and participant in numerous industry panels. His expertise is supported by career experience in information technology, regulatory compliance, research and development, marketing, and sales.
Before joining Cohesity, Dr. Z was an Evangelist with Symantec for over 16 years. Prior companies include Proofpoint, Veritas, SunGard, and IBM.
