Last week was our first time at Microsoft Ignite, so we really wanted to make an impression. Boy, did we ever. As soon as those conference doors swung open, there was a line forming around our booth. Folks were eager to catch one of our demos and also talk to our experts on the floor about how Cohesity can solve their challenges with secondary data and apps. (More than a few of those visitors may have also wanted to try to win a prize or two. The Cohesity booth is gaining quite the reputation for fun games and cool prizes 😉 ) Cohesity was interviewed almost ten times by theCUBE, which also made its Microsoft Ignite debut this year.
Ignite also provided a unique opportunity to talk with customers about our new integrations with Microsoft.
- Cohesity DataProtect now supports backup of Office 365, starting with Exchange Online.
- For long-term retention, we now have integration with Azure Data Box, which can enable transfer of large amounts of archival data to Azure.
- And to aid disaster recovery we’re introducing failover and failback capabilities enabling full lifecycle disaster recovery to Azure.
